Sarkar Imli (Tamarind) Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Sarkar 1947 Bourbon

  • 20 ml Imli (tamarind) liqueur

  • 15 ml Simple syrup

  • 10 ml Lime juice

  • Soda water

  • Lime wheel and fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine the Sarkar Bourbon, tamarind liqueur, simple syrup, and lime juice.

  2. Shake well and strain into a glass with ice.

  3. Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wheel and fresh coriander.
